There was nothing that didn't make us smile. The welcome at reception was lovely and warm and we were efficiently checked in and as we were early, our cases were stored safely. Our room was great, spacious but warm and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast on both mornings was much better than previous years. We were welcomed into the breakfast area, shown to a table and asked if that was our first morning there. Food was fabulous, nicely cooked and hot. Plenty of cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. Just love this hotel. Great atmosphere, scrupulously clean and great music playing constantly. The Beatles of course. Less than 5 minutes walk to one of the main shopping streets. 10 minutes walk from Lime Street. There is nothing not to like.

BEST HOTEL EVER! We absolutely loved the Hard Days Night hotel, it was hands down the best place we've stayed in years. The staff was so helpful, kind, and down to earth (shoutout to Eric for his fantastic tips and humour). We especially enjoyed the breakfast spread in the mornings, and the general fun vibes - no musak in this hotel, only rock and pop classics! We decided to spend New Year's Eve in the hotel's bar, where we danced the night away with other customers staying there - it was the best start to 2025! We will definitely be coming back - we already miss the gorgeous rooms, the warm atmosphere, and Liverpool's unique people. This has become our favourite hotel IN THE WORLD. SIX STARS ⭐️

Lorraine

Stunning hotel, perfect theming throughout for any Beatles fans. Attentive staff, and lovely touches with a card and chocolates left in the room as I mentioned it was a stay to celebrate an anniversary, and it was organised for our room to be decorated with my favourite Beatle, as noted when booking. Great central location and handy nearby parking. Great facilities both within the room and the hotel itself - recommend the onsite restaurant and bar. We were in a standard room that was beyond expectations - so I’d love to see the deluxe rooms and suites, I can only imagine how superb these are.

Lorna

Room was lovely, exactly what needed. Location is excellent l. Main shopping area on one corner and Matthew Street with its wonderful bars including The Cavern Club on the other corner and the Docks a near 10 min walk away perfect hotel! I will definitely go back to Liverpool and would stay again at this hotel! Eric (concierge) was friendly, helpful, funny and polite.

Katherine

Perfect location, close to all Liverpool landmarks and in the heart of the cavern quarter, couldn't be closer to Mathew Street for a night out or Liverpool One is going shopping and a short stroll from the train staion and docks. Very comfortable hotel, bar and restaurant worth a visit. Rooms comfortable and clean, highly recommended.
